Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Ticketing & Reservations Officer in our company. As a Ticketing & Reservations Officer, you will be responsible for efficiently handling ticket bookings and reservations for our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in making flight/train/hotel reservations
- Providing information on ticket fares, availability, and routes
- Processing ticket bookings and issuing tickets
- Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure the best deals for customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints related to ticketing and reservations
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are also essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures will be an advantage.
