Job Description
At Double Diamond Global Ventures Resources, we prioritize matching the company’s needs with the right talent for organizational success. We are currently seeking a Loan Recovery Officer for positions in Ikeja, Ilupeju – Lagos, and Ibadan – Oyo on a full-time basis.
Requirements:
- Handle customers’ loan requests
- Follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Maintain updated records
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Age between 22 and 28 years old
