Job Description
Carbin Africa, a leading B2B automobile platform in Nigeria, is seeking a Field Officer to join their team at Yaba-Fadeyi, Lagos. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency of field operations and maintaining data accuracy. Responsibilities include data collection, sales support, preventing fraud, real-time updates, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systematic data collection with attention to detail.
- Maintain data quality standards.
- Address customer queries promptly.
- Adhere to set KPIs for field operations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports.
- Build positive relationships with auto merchants.
- Conduct audits for compliance.
- Take corrective actions for quality standards.
Salary: N50,00 – N80,00 Monthly.
