Job Description
Githoat International Nigeria is currently recruiting in Lagos for the position of Business Associates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Banking, Insurance, Marketing, or Sales.
- Excellent communication, customer relations, and client management skills.
- Energetic, dedicated, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Managing multiple verticals of customer acquisition, collection, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property presentations to prospective buyers.
- Skillfully negotiate and close real estate transactions.
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and securing repeat business.
- Build a productive real estate sales team.
Additional Requirement:
- Proven track record of success in direct sales within the real estate sector (minimum of 1 year experience).
- Ability to manage a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
