Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs for satisfaction
- Build trust and lasting relationships with customers through effective communication
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide valid information and meet sales targets
- Follow communication procedures and engage customers effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support or Client Service Representative experience
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Reside in proximity to Sangotedo and Ikorodu, Lagos
