Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, monitoring, and managing all BTHDC facilities.
- Overseeing operational and maintenance contracts.
- Identifying options for new equipment.
- Budget planning for resource utilization.
- Supervising projects and coordinating contractor activities.
- Ensuring maintenance and safety of facilities.
- Optimizing space and resource allocation.
- Monitoring service levels and implementing improvements.
- Managing compliance with regulations.
- Participating in management meetings and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Professional Qualification: PMP Certification or related project management certification.
