We are seeking a friendly, patient, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Naji Realties. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Your main goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, while also promoting our brand and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
• Listen actively and empathetically to understand customer concerns
• Document customer interactions and updates in our system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide clear solutions and explanations to customers
• Resolve customer complaints fairly and promptly
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside in Abuja, preferably around Utako
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong patience, empathy, and understanding
• Proficiency in computer software and technology
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
