Job Description
ROBECK LOCKS, a leading provider of stylish and affordable locksets, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer at our location in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering telephone calls and attending to customer inquiries
- Managing social media platforms and online ads
- Coordinating with stockkeeper for order fulfillment
- Ensuring timely delivery of customer orders
- Generating reports using Microsoft Office
- Creating customer invoices
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office
- Handling petty cash
- Researching and generating sales leads
- Other duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
- OND qualification with 1-4 years of work experience
- Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Salary: N60,00 – N70,00 monthly.
