Job Description
A KYC/Due Diligence Officer is responsible for conducting thorough background checks on potential clients to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks for the organization.
Key responsibilities include verifying customer identities, assessing financial activities for suspicious transactions, and maintaining up-to-date records.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, understanding of AML/CFT regulations, and excellent analytical skills.
Prior experience in a similar role and proficiency in utilizing relevant KYC tools and systems are preferred.
