Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand specific requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Conduct candidate screenings and assessments.
- Manage candidate databases and coordinate interviews.
- Provide updates and feedback to clients and candidates.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Track record of filling key positions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong organizational skills.
Location: Victoria Island

Pay: ₦350,00.00 – ₦900,00.00 per month
