Job Description
Virtual Palyn, an HR and business firm, is seeking candidates to join as Hotel Manager in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
- Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations.
- Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities for productivity.
- Implementing marketing strategies to promote hotel services.
- Managing payments and maintaining budget records.
- Welcoming and registering guests, resolving service issues.
- Coordinating with suppliers and travel agencies.
Salary: N120,00 – N150,00 per month.
