Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for empowerment programs aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Create program plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify humanitarian challenges and opportunities for intervention.
• Oversee program implementation and resource management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct program reviews for improvements.
• Establish partnerships to enhance program reach and impact.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of program management experience.
• Understanding of program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in English.
