Job Description
Hoganguards Limited, a company with over two decades of experience, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos.
Job Description:
- Oversee Talent Acquisition strategy
- Provide HR counseling and policy support
- Develop and manage training programs
- Assist in performance management and evaluations
- Manage job descriptions, postings, and hiring process
- Create and implement onboarding plans
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Set KPIs for HR department
- Plan future hiring procedures and goals
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years HR Officer experience
- Knowledge of HR functions, HR software, labour laws
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
