Position: Front Desk/Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Communications Management:
- Develop marketing and communications materials, including blog posts and social media content.
- Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social media channels.
- Track analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns.
- Ensure that all communications and marketing materials align with brand standards.
- Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
- Manage the company’s social media handles.
Business Development:
- Promote products and suggest new services to support productivity and increase the company’s revenue.
- Keep up to date with knowledge and trends in the industry that can positively influence the company’s revenue.
- Create awareness online and offline for the products and services of Crystal Shine Skin Clinic.
- Develop and implement plans to retain old, long-lost, and new clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in social media management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
