Salary: NGN120,00 per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about Easthopemart’s products and services.
- Follow up with customers on their product orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Input customers’ details into CRM system daily.
- Actively promote products to potential customers.
- Encourage customer patronage and loyalty.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Prepare reports on sales and customer interactions.
- Share feedback and insights with the marketing team.
Skills and Qualities:
- Previous experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
