High Performance Consulting is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team. Responsibilities include project management, document analysis, research report preparation, and occasional staff supervision.

• Manage schedules and projects
• Ensure confidentiality in all situations
• Perform administrative duties and support
• Take meeting minutes and brief the principal on office activities
• Provide project administration and management support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 – 5 years of administrative support experience
• Additional qualifications in project management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
