Job Description:

• The Reconciliation Officer will ensure financial record accuracy by reconciling loan and deposit transactions, analyzing discrepancies, and upholding financial data integrity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Reconcile loan and deposit transactions
• Analyze discrepancies in financial data
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Prepare reports on reconciliation activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
