Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Associate, Counsel specializing in Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling complex litigation matters, including trials and appeals.
Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. The position requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state Bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
