Job Description
Phillips Outsourcing Limited is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer for a FinTech company based in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Follow up with customers to ensure prompt resolution of their issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in a reputable and structured business environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a Customer Support or similar role.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly.
