Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate to join our team in the Chargebacks & Refunds department. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer disputes related to chargebacks and refunds. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of chargeback processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams within the organization. Previous experience in a similar role and a background in finance or accounting would be advantageous.
