Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor with a background in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will oversee telecommunications projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and high quality.
Duties:
- Plan, implement, and track short-term and long-term telecom projects.
- Lead project teams, offer guidance, and support to meet objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and solve technical challenges.
- Prepare project reports and present to management.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecoms, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of project management experience in telecoms.
- Strong understanding of telecom systems, infrastructure, and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- Must reside in LAGOS.

Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
