Job Description
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand company’s customer base
- Managing recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
Qualifications and Skills:
· B.Sc. degree in business administration or related field
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong business acumen and industry expertise
· Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Excellent mentoring and people management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
