- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
- Manage recruitment, training needs, and employee relations
- Oversee HR strategies, systems, and procedures
- Monitor performance appraisal system and payroll
- Ensure legal compliance and positive working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, Master’s preferred
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, 4 years in senior management
- Experience in Agriculture, Real Estate, or Hospitality sector
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and HR best practices
