Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. Carpenters are skilled craftsmen who work with wood and other materials to construct, install, and repair structures, furniture, and fixtures.
- Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will construct and repair structures, furniture, and fixtures using wood and other materials, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precision and safety.
- Carpenters use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to precise measurements and specifications.
- May also install fixtures such as cabinets, windows, doors, and molding.
- Carpenters must ensure that their work meets building codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Additionally, they may work independently or as part of a team on construction sites, residential projects, commercial buildings, or renovation projects.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of construction techniques are essential for success in this role.
