Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will also assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and supporting special projects as assigned.
The successful candidate must possess a proactive attitude, excellent computer skills, and a professional demeanor. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
