Job Description
Princeps Credit Systems Limited is a subsidiary of Princeps Holdings Limited. Today, it is positioned to become Africa’s foremost provider in consumer financial services, with one of its products being Creditwallet, a brand with a vision to make the borrowing experience stress-free for every salaried worker in Africa by providing quick and easy access to loans with high-quality service.
We are recruiting for the position of Admin Officer. This full-time role will be based in Lagos.
Job Role:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Vendor Management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
