Job Description

We are seeking a smart, intelligent, and eloquent individual to join our team as an HR/Administrative Officer at Credite Finance And Investment. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a blend of HR expertise and administrative prowess to support our growing team.

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle office correspondence and maintain office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:
