Role Overview:

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase the user base and enhance customer engagement for our company. You will use data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing channels to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data-driven insights.

2. User Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels, including paid advertising, social media, email, and referral programs.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and iteration.

3. Customer Retention and Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and channels to maximize return on investment (ROI) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Utilize email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to engage users and drive repeat usage.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Utilize email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to engage users and drive repeat usage.

5. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and implement growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets.

6. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform growth strategies and product development.

7. Experimentation:

  • Design and execute growth experiments to test hypotheses and discover new growth levers.
  • Implement successful experiments at scale to drive sustainable growth.

8. Budget Management:

  • Manage growth marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from spend.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth marketing, preferably in a fintech or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry and regulatory environment is a plus.
