Job Description

Our client, HR on Wheels, is seeking a Fashion House Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless task execution, and maintain high customer service standards. Responsibilities include staff management, designer coordination, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Meet sales targets within the budget.
  • Train, supervise staff for performance and policy adherence.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Ensure attractive store merchandising for sales growth.
  • Coordinate promotional events with the marketing team.
  • Provide design feedback based on sales data.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with designers for timely collections.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in fashion.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
