Job Description
We are looking for an experienced administrative officer to join our team at GVA Partners. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks and provide support to ensure smooth operations.
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and manage complaints professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee filing systems securely.
- Coordinate schedules, organize records, and handle department budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative and financial roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
