Job Description

  • Our client is urgently requiring the services of a Customer Support Officer. The role involves managing interactions with customers, processing online orders, and addressing customer queries and complaints through digital channels.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • Applicants must reside around Lekki and environs.

Skills Required:

  • Digital marketing skills
  • Good networking, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to details

Salary: N50,00 – N60,00 per month.
