Job Description
- Our client is a licensed distribution firm, Fadac Resources and Services, specializing in theatrical distribution. They seek a highly motivated Exhibition & Logistics Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report and collaborate with the Exhibition & Logistics Manager.
- Support daily exhibition tasks, including cinema onboarding, bookings, record maintenance, and customer service.
- Manage box office data entry, ensuring accuracy.
- Schedule meetings, assist in logistics operations, and organize industry events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Work on special projects with the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-year experience in Exhibition or Logistic roles preferred.
- Google Workspace proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management, ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
