Job Description
The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships. Experience in developing training programs and conducting performance reviews is also preferred.
