Job Description
Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited is an integrated customer engagement and business process outsourcing company. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Answers phone and responds to customer requests.
- Upsell/Sell product and services, place custom orders in the computer system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide product and service information.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Resolve customer issues, document trends in customer calls.
Requirements
- NCE, OND, HND/Bachelor’s degree in any Field of study.
- Age between 20 – 35 years.
- Customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service is advantageous.
- Strong phone contact handling skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and excellent written communication.
Salary: N55,00 – N60,00 per month.
