Job Description
GHRCONSULTING.NG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior HR Manager for our client in the Oil and Gas industry. As a Junior HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with our organization’s goals and objectives.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time/ On-site
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Provide support in policy development and implementation
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Support performance management and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Professional HR certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
SALARY: N80,00 – 100,00
