Job Description
We are urgently seeking a skilled HR Executive for a prominent Quick Service Restaurant in Lagos. Key responsibilities include involvement in recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, and legal compliance.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven HR experience with knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Preferably a graduate in a relevant field with HR certifications as a plus.
Gender Preference: Male for gender balance
Location: Lagos Mainland
Salary: Very attractive and negotiable
