Job Description

• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting in training sessions.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, liaise with vendors and carriers.
• Assist in Rider and Merchant Training & Onboarding.
• Coordinate customer orders, track deliveries, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage inventory, maintain customer relationships, and oversee service delivery.
• Lead service delivery team, manage logistics finances, and optimize processes.
• Analyze feedback, improve services, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Collaborate with team leaders and inspect shipments for accuracy.
• Resolve shipment issues, maintain records, and perform additional tasks as required.
