Job Description
As a Deposit Mobilization Officer, you will be responsible for attracting deposits from customers and increasing the organization’s deposit base. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote deposit products, maintaining relationships with customers to encourage deposit growth, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer retention.
Your tasks will include identifying potential deposit customers, presenting deposit products and services, and achieving deposit targets set by the organization. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for this role, as well as a good understanding of banking operations and deposit products.
