Job Description
- Creating a strategy of following up mechanism and church growth
- Reaching out to new and old members constantly via phone calls and SMS to enhance follow-up within the church
- Visitation of old and new members
- Organizing a special launch and quarterly hangout with the pastor for new members.
- Sending bulk SMS and Whatsapp blast to all members and first timers every week
- Updating the church’s database (phone number, email, IG account) regularly promptly.
- Developing and submitting a weekly report on members reached
- Handling various activities such as Public Relations, Social media, and content creation.
- Responding to direct messages and comments on all Online Media platforms and church website.
