Job Description
The Human Resources Officer plays a critical role in managing various HR functions within the organization. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.
As an HR Officer, you will be tasked with attracting top talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Human Resources or related field, along with at least 2 years of HR experience. Knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
