Job Description
Location: MAINLAND, Lagos
Objectives:
The Loss Prevention (security officer) supports the Store Supervisor and Store Team in executing their daily tasks in the store.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Check the movement of stocks and humans in the store including shoplifters.
- Constant Observation of the stocks kept on the shelves.
- Handle incidents & discrepancies.
- Be actively involved in the stock-taking process.
- Cross-check customers’ receipts at the exit.
- Handle issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.
- Assist in preparing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Manage customer queue.
- Help in Reduction in the loss percentage/pilferage.
- Maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Salary: #80,00
