Job Description
Tharwa Finds is a staffing company offering seamless staffing solutions and is currently seeking a Ticketing and Reservation Officer.
Job Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve reservation-related issues.
- Utilize reservation systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on travel regulations to provide pertinent information to customers.
- Maximize sales and revenue for the travel agency.
Requirements:
- Experience with Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
