Job Description
Everland Hotels & Suites, a new Hotel that provides great comfort at affordable cost, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position of Front Office Personnel.
Job Locations: Ojodu Berger – Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests and assign rooms
- Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints professionally
- Liaise with housekeeping staff for room readiness
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services
- Upsell additional facilities and services
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
- SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Reside within Ojodu, Opic, Mowe, Ibafo axis
