Job Position: Customer Engagement Support
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Fixed term
Slots: 2 Openings
Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers through various channels
- Handle inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and social media
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and campaigns
- Assist in appointment scheduling and client database management
- Execute first notice of loss procedures and provide quotations
- Participate in NPS studies and cross-selling initiatives
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in customer service within a financial institution
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
