Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to manage customer requests and complaints, ensuring stress-free services/support and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable with the ability to meet set targets and performance standards. Clear and respectful communication is important. Handle customer issues and conflicts professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, follow up on orders, and send reports.
- Update databases and reports, work with the sales team on customer appointments.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and engage customers proactively.
- Provide accurate information, reach out to customers through calls and messages, escalate complaints when needed.
- Fulfill tasks delegated by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, etc.
- 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Proximity to Surulere is advantageous, knowledge of Furniture or Interior Decoration is preferred.
