Job Description

As a Sub-Award Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sub-awards within our organization, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, and providing support to sub-recipients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

You will collaborate with program managers to monitor sub-award performance, conduct risk assessments, and oversee sub-recipient financial and programmatic reporting. Additionally, you will assist in the development and negotiation of sub-award agreements, as well as provide training and guidance to sub-recipients on compliance matters.
