Job Description
● Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with clients and promoting the company’s brand to generate business
● Developing and implementing marketing strategies, responsible for reviewing leading and target status
● Updating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management, and promotional events
● Managing overall sales and marketing activities including market research, sales presentations, and advertising
● Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, monitoring tasks, and projects
● Maintaining accurate information on the company’s website, designing promotional web content, and tracking marketing initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
● BA/BSC/HND/OND in marketing or any related discipline
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate marketing
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Must reside within Lekki-Ajah/Sangotedo axis
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
● Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
● Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to ₦80,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
