Job Description
Alfred & Victoria Associates is a leading ICT solution company in Nigeria, offering diverse services to meet market demands. We are currently seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining operating environments.
- Monitoring and ensuring the security of operating environments.
- Providing training, support, and quick problem resolution.
- Updating software and hardware as required.
- Documenting all reported issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Organizational skills and proficiency in database and ERP software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data laws and project management experience.
