Job Description

An Administrative Officer is responsible for various tasks within an office environment. The key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Managing the diary and travel arrangements for the company CEO or management team.
  • Handling reception duties by answering calls, emails, and letters.
  • Performing general administrative tasks.
  • Acting as the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies are replenished.
  • Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
  • Recording office expenses.
  • Handling data responsibilities, including GDPR compliance.
  • Assisting in the planning of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Conducting research and writing reports and projects.
  • Possessing excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Assisting with HR tasks, staff appraisals, and training.
  • Managing people.
  • Demonstrating negotiation skills.
  • Overseeing general office management.
  • Ability to write proposals.
  • Maintaining inventory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Developing policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦60,00.00 per month
