Job Description
Dogan’s Sugar Limited, a European invested company in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate transport drivers and motor-boys.
- Improve operational systems and processes.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-ups.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Calculate destinations, duration, time, and diesel needs.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualification / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management or similar.
- 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
- Basic math skills required.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a diverse environment.
